Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Axiom's websites and application usable by everyone, the measures in place, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Effective July 14, 2026

Our commitment

Axiom Neurophysiology is committed to making its websites and the Axiom OrderFlow application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time checklist.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Measures we take

Accessibility is built into our design and engineering practice. Current measures include:

  • Semantic HTML with proper landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer) and a single, logical heading order on each page.
  • A “Skip to main content” link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass repeated navigation.
  • Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Text alternatives (alt text) on meaningful images, and images used purely for decoration marked so assistive technology ignores them.
  • Form fields with associated labels, and error and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” setting, so animations do not play for people who prefer less movement.
  • Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run against our public pages as part of our build process, alongside manual review.

Ongoing work and known limitations

Conformance is a continuing effort. Some third-party or embedded content, and some complex data views inside the application, may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion. We test with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader review, and we prioritize fixes as we find gaps.

This statement reflects a good-faith effort and current status; it is not a certification, and no website can guarantee the absence of every barrier.

Reporting a barrier — we want to hear from you

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our websites or in Axiom OrderFlow, please tell us. Include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can reproduce and fix it.

Email info@axiomeeg.com and we will respond as promptly as we can. If you need information in an alternative format, we will work with you to provide it.
